Therapy headache migraine relief hat, so basically this says this is a wearable cooling hat, but you can use this for both cold and hot therapy which is really supposed to help with migraines I’m so excited about this because i get headaches often and i just feel like i have my own ways of like coping with them and pushing on different pressure points that seem to.

Help but I feel like this is going to do that job for me and the fact that i can use hot therapy and cold therapy with one item it’s just going to be perfect I’m going to go ahead and open this up okay let me take out everything that this comes with okay this is everything in here we have our little instruction manual which is really short and sweet to the point we have a little carrying case which is really nice actually that way if you do.

Keep this in your medicine cabinet you can keep it away from everything in one spot okay already i can tell this is really nice it actually has some weight to it which is perfect because i feel like when you need to calm down putting something that has a bit of weight to it over your eyes it just feels really, really nice so this just kind of feels like a gel and I don’t know if this gives you an idea of.

How heavy it is, but it definitely has a bit of weight to it, i love that this is going to fit around all different head sizes this is Velcro so you can make it tighter or larger just depending on your head size and this size that is the prickly side of the Velcro it is not going to get stuck all over your hair it’s not that kind of Velcro so that’s really a huge plus.

So how you’re going to use this is if you want this to be cold you’re going to put this in your freezer for one to two hours and then pull it out and use it right away you can also put it in your refrigerator if you don’t want it to be freezing i feel like that’s just a personal preference so you’re just going to take it out of either the refrigerator or the freezer and then you’re going to put immediately.

It on and wear it for about 15 to 20 minutes if you do want to use this while it is hot then you’re going to lay this flat in the microwave on top of a clean plate and you’re going to microwave this for 10 seconds so if you do feel like it needs a little bit more heat or maybe your microwave doesn’t get as hot you can add an extra 5 seconds and then you’re going to put.
